Question 2013 Convertible Camaro questions

Hi, I bought a used Red 2013 Convertible Camaro with 5300 mile on it.
This is my first time to buy Camaro and I love it

I have a couple questions if someone can help me with it.

1- Does it has tonneau cover or its optional I should buy (my Camaro is 1LT)
2- Can I play videos on Mylink (mine doesn't have NAV)
3- What is the best product to protect the top rag from rain, I have no cover garage, and is the automatic car wash safe for it.
4- What is the MPG experience you have? (mine is 16.8)

Thanks in advance

Mike

How the hell did you get a used 2013 already? And with 5k miles? I ordered mines back in August and barely got it in almost November.

To answer your questions. I bought a 2SS and it came with it. Not sure about the V6 models if it comes standard.
No, you cannot play videos on it, YET. Someone on here will find a way to do it and let us know though. You can only look at pictures.
I have a garage so I don't need to worry about it.
DO NOT PUT IT through the automatic car wash. All the built up dirt from those automatic brushes they use will scratch the hell out of your paint. I wouldn't even take it to a hand car wash. Those guys aren't the brightest when it comes to cars. Had swirl marks all over mine when I took it to them for a quick wash. Go to the sub forums on here where it'll show you how to wash and detail your car like a complete pro and have your car looking new for years.
I get around 11mpg but I drive like an asshole and have the SS.
Hope I was somewhat of a good help.

The tonneau cover is standard on 2LT and 2SS models,it is optional on 1LT and 1SS models.

I can answer a couple of the questions...

1) On the 1LT the tonneau cover is an option and not included.2
2) ?? Don't have it.
3) You can treat the top, i used the 303 Fabric convertible Top kit. If your concerned about it while it's parked you could also get a car cover.
4) It all depends if it's city, hwy, and how much fun you have driving it.

You will find a cover on the side of the road. (just kidding)
Don't need my link.
Any fabric protector. Temp was -10 today went through the touch less car wash. I Average once a week touch less washes. Since I bought the car it has gone through at least 100 times of washes and NO PROBLEMS with water in back seat and the top is just fine.

Drive like a a$$ and get about 11 miles to the gallon also. First set of tires lasted for 15,000 miles.

Congratulations on your new purchase!

1. The tonneau cover should be available to purchase from your local dealership's parts department.

2. Currently, there is no way to play videos on Mylink.

4. You can always check www.fueleconomy.org for an epa estimate of your vehicle's gas mileage.

I have a 2012, it's been over a year and I have seen the mileage increase from 15,
I now get 20.8 mpg. Was very happy when the mileage finally surpassed my little ole colorado pickup truck.

Do yourself a favor and use the 303 cleaner and conditioner on your top if is not going to be garaged. It will save you from posting on the forum, "Are these folds normal for my top ?"
I also would not recommend the touch less car wash. Seen too many tops get ruined and window seals get wrecked. A good cover is aways great.

Does that include the attaching bolts? Also old or new design?
If its the old design and not including the attaching bolts I would pass.

I recommend contacting Maureen at Rodgers Chevrolet for any parts ordering.
