just booked room! went with 2 bedroom but called instead of booking through link online, lady said she posted a note that i'm with the camaro rally. march needs to hurry up already

Do we have a schedule yet? trying to figure out what time this kicks off so i know when to be in orlando on friday the 1st. thanks

The schedule has not been set yet. Or order of events due to timing of the cruise we are still waiting word from local PD. However. The days are tentatively set for 10:00am to 5pm. Friday has the cruise tentatively set for 5pm Friday. Car show is Saturday. Nightly parties both days. Some will be onsite Thursday as well to start partying a bit early. The 10am start allows vendors time to have breakfast and set up for the day.

Just a FYI for those interested so far 90% of the registered guests for the resort are arriving on Thursday so I have a feeling we will kick off the party early

We will be hashing out a tentative schedule in the next few weeks, but like Dave said 10am on Friday but Saturday we will be open at 8am

Ok everyone, we are getting closer to the event and many of you threw your names into the hat previously as potential volunteers. We are calling out to you now.

Car show: We need 10-15 volunteers to judge cars. Here are the stipulations. A: Most volunteers will be asked to judge cars NOT of their own generation. Meaning a 1st gen owner will not judge 1st gens. We do realize there may be more 5th gen volunteers so in that case if you own a V8 you will be judging V6's

You do not need to be experienced at judging cars. We will provide you with a general sheet of criteria to judge on and go over it in a judges meeting on Saturday.

Judging will be done in pairs. The pairs will not be from the same car club.

Expect the judging to probably take about 2-3hrs.

If you would like to be a judge. Please message me and let me know. Please also indicate what generation you are bringing and what club if any you are with.

There will also be a kids choice award , sponsors choice award and an organizers choice award.

Friday March 1st. Evening welcome party. If you are registered you are in. Pizza , drinks, cake and a live DJ for your entertainment pleasure. This is included in your registration fee.
