Got it from my local Chevy dealership, we know a guy who works there and got it at cost, but there were only two available so I was lucky to get one.

Did you keep your stock hood and just put it on when you traded? I sold mine and realized I might want to upgrade in the future and wondered how people are doing that... maybe swapping the hoods at the dealer since it's the same color? Hah.

Well actually, we traded my sisters car in and she got my v6 and I got the v8 so we just swapped the hoods on the v6 and v8, but I've still got my old v6 hood hanging up in the garage.

At first it I thought it was a bad photoshop but the double slot looks a little weird.




I think it looked better on the V6 without the mail slot.
