Yup.. One and done for me too. Tires are too expensive!

I aimed my cell phone camera at the speedo after I shifted into 4th gear. I was getting a little nervous which is why the pic is a little blurry but I snapped a quick pic of the speedo. I wasn't even sure how fast I was going until I seen the pic because I didn't want to take my eyes off of the road.

That is the fastest I have ever gone in a car and I likely will never do it again. Just something I wanted to do once.

I am sorry but how can you not handle the car doing a burnout? I NEVER drive my car with TC on...limits the fun factor of the car. I would be bored to death driving my car with that gay ass button on. Before I put my car into gear the three things I do is Start the car, put my seatbelt on, and hold down that button until it disables the traction crap.

thats alot easier at stock HP levels and warm weather.

Why do I have the feeling that allot of these Camaro's we see wrecked on here people thought like you guys that say turn all the nannies off. I know the black boxes we have checked on the wrecked ones around here the nannies where turned off. And the some of the folks driving those cars are talking about how cool it was. They just are not doing it here on earth since they died.

I did it once with Kami to see how it was and did it with no one around. No need to do it again since I know the power she has.

Hmmmm, I've been in a Nova at 120 (driving ... a long time ago) and a Suburban at 100 (passenger ... overseas), yet the max in my Camaro is about 85 - too many hills and too many cops for my comfort so far. That said, I bet the Camaro is nothing like the Nova was at that speed ... someday, lol
