Hope I have not developed OCD as I really cannot get her off my mind. Pretty bad lol.... Anyone else this bad off with their beauty??? Still in total awe

Just back from a 30 minute drive tonight just to get her out on the road. The V6 flies with ease

Took the pics earlier this afternoon when my wife got home from work

I have not had a chance to drive her much since the wife has taken over. I have placed an order for the identical color in a 2SS. I have read that I need to get a order number from my dealer and am going to make sure tomorrow as I am kind of worried reading the horror stories of dealers saying they ordered but actually have not.

I have not driven the V8 yet. I know the V6 is flat out awesome

Does anyone own both and or have at least test driven both? I of course know there will be a difference in power but is there a huge difference or is it somewhat subtle?

OCD for the win! You definately got a problem my friend. To sorta answer your question i seriously doubt anyone has two of these already. I do remember a father son having them and pics on here but think they were both v8's.

I have wanted a Camaro for so long starting in early highschool and now at 33, it finally happened

Worth every year of the 17+ year wait...lol

I grew up drooling over my dads 68 rally green SS 396, as early as I can remember. Then when I was older asking to drive it, then one day he finally lets me drive it with him in it of course. To the day he gives it to me and buys a ZO6. Growing up it was the look but don't touch and don't even think about driving car lol. Now I rarely drive it i don't know if its subconscious or what but i still enjoy it and i will enjoy my 2010. I haven't told my dad im purchasing one i am looking forward to driving it over to his place for first time when I get it.

Awesome story....Man you better take the camera with you the day you drive the 10 Camaro over to suprize him. The look on his face I bet will be priceless

My obsession was the car of my neighbor's mom as a small child - not sure what year it was, but it was an IROC-Z!

Its ok dude... we are all in the same boat.

I have obsessed over Camaros since i was like 12. My dad ordered 1989 Bright Blue Metallic IROC 350. I loved this car. Then right before my 15th bday (I was convinced I was getting this car for my bday) HE TRADED IT IN ON A SONOMA! In december 1991 with 21000 on the clock.

I never forgave him

FF to July 2008. I decided to buy a like car. had to be 89, 350, no ttop. Search and search and find one, in cali. It has leather (ours didnt) and seemed nice. I passed with the advice of my soon to be wife. She told me to look for the original one. I was skeptical but a short 7 days later ...

I found IT... yes the one, in WV. It had 2 other owners since my dad. The first owner March 1992 through (get this) 2004. It just turned 34000 miles in 2004. The next owner racked them up. I got it in 2008 with 86000 on it but still 100% original!

Tranny is giving me problems right now but i will NEVER sell it.

Keep up the obsession!

Dude, you should be a PI. Or maybe you are! That is a riches to rags to riches story that I'd love to see in a movie. Tears of happiness are the way to end a flick right? hahaha...Great story.
And BTW; the V8 2ss would almost be like cheating on your wife. Only better. lol
