The model came out nice now I have an idea of what mine will look like when I build it. I just picked up the IOM paint yesterday. I think its kind of funny that I spent $20 on custom paint for a $10 model but I want it to be as close a match as possible.

It's going to look great using the correct color paint!

It's the details that make the difference. I'll be starting a '67 Chevelle SS 396 soon.

Woo Hoo! Friday is finally over?
Sittin here kickin back reminiscing over my trip home from work, recently I have discovered a new route to work that shaves off 5 miles each way, but the awesome part about it is the fact that it is a nice twisty turny winding road through the back hills and country road that I barely see any other traffic on, it is perfect for letting Lil' Blue have a good run on, even both ways is a nice challenge, I just really have a blast driving my new route, the way I used to go is usually boring and I usually get stuck behind some soccer mom in a mini van, or worse yet- a PT cruiser with some blue haired fogey with the cruise control locked on 45 in a 55 mile zone (double line/no passing all the way)
Na.... just me and the open back country road for a good 16 miles when I am working at my home clinic....just love it.

Well, it turned out to be a slow day after my unpleasant start & I got to go out to a long lunch with my co-workers & leave early! Woooooooooo Hooooooooooo! Let the weekend begin. The model looks great Rick! I might just have to try to make me a baby Ruby.

Morning all! Got a busy day planned. Tomorrow is caffeine and octane here in the Atlanta area. Looks like we'll have a big group of 5th gens representing. Always have a bunch of exotic cars there. Maybe I'll have a new Friday picture next week Have a good one.

I can believe I missed yesterday's "Friday Morning Happy Dance." Things have been a little hectic trying to get some stuff done around the house; I'm converting a small bedroom into a wardrobe (repaint, recarpet, get closetmaid racks and a couple of lights installed) and I'd like to have it done before the Havasu run on the weekend of Jan 25th, but this seems to be going 1 step forward and 2 steps back. Ahh well.

Really crappy day yesterday... some work related, but mostly issues with the divorce. Sigh...
So, I went to my BFFs house, we're having a girl's weekend. I laughed until tears were rolling down my face last night! Just what the doctor ordered!
