I won't know the total protein/carb/fat til the end of the day. At least
I recognized the dressing was WAY too much fat
The fat is bad but you didn't listen to me. lol Did you look at the ingredient list, it most likely had high fructose corn syrup or some kind of hydrogenated oils as well as added sugars. You never eat these NEVER

That eliminates most of what is on your grocery stores shelf, lol a quarter scoop of vanilla protein powder and a quarter cup blueberries or strawberries. This will make your yogurt a meal. It has a good amount of protein, berries, excellent source of antioxidans, complex carbs (ceriel) and fiber. Mix it all together when you're ready to eat and it will keep you full for a while and is perfect for an early day meal. If you look closely at your diet, you will notice that up untill 1:00 pm you have not eaten any complex carbs, it is better to eat them earlier in the day so the above recipie takes care of that as well.
That will work because I can throw it in a baggie and add it when I go to eat it easy - I like that!!

What I saw was 3tbsp was 180 cal 15g fat 1g protein and 1g carb. Just didn't look like it was really adding any benefit. The fat breakdown was
2.5 saturated 0 transfat. N/A on the poly and mono. So not real sure
what the breakdown was, but the fat # looked way to high in relation to
the other 2. Am I thinking somewhat along the right lines?

The reason you couldn't find the mon's or poly's is cause there aren't any lol. Saturated fat is one you should try to avoid. Generally speaking, the clearer the dressing the better.

Also get a few of these, they're dirt cheap and can handle tons of freezing and nuking.

The round ones are 2 cups and the square one is the entre size.

And I think the real killer for lunch was the corn bread muffin
they give you that I inhaled and then We'll see how the
totals come out for the day, but I'm thinking I blew the ratios
with way too high of carbs!!
