Update: I recieved a call today. And honestly I'm just appalled how the story seems to be unfolds.

The GM reps calls me and starts to tell me that the GM of the dealership and the District Regional sales manager from GM spoke and apparently the GM of the dealership tells him that I canceled my order through them and I declined on making a order of the car and physically spoke to the GM (the guy who never returned my phone call) about it.

I've tried to maintain the dealerships identity but after these lies, I just refuse to any longer. KOONS CHEVROLET/GMC/BUICK OF TYSONS CORNER, VA thank you for accepting my check, sold me a car which you never had possession of in the first place.

Then why would they continue with the loan?? You had payments due on a car you canceled?

Check was in there possession, buyers order was completed, I was slated to make payments on Feb 10 2013. Check was retrieved by me once I found out they were lying and given back to NavyFed to stop my payments.

HO LE SHIT. I just can not believe that this BS is happening to both of us. Im already past the step of writing to the owner of my dealership. im waiting to see what that brings in the next few days. Its almost like dealerships hate navy guys or something

Its very unfortunate that you had to go through this. GM was contacted, I filed a compliant through the BBB as well as dealerrating.com. I will also be contacting Krystal Koons.

In the mean time I sought out another dealer Casey Chevrolet in Newport News, VA and purchased a BRM 2SS/RS 1LE and couldn't be any happier with there service. They understood my situation which was going on and gave me the same trade-in value with outstanding service. There were all scratching there heads as to why I had a buyers order but no car(which i still have as proof). The GM there was a former Marine so he knew what I was going through. Integrity goes a long way...

well at least you have one. congrats!!! i contacted another dealer today who is a retired army guy but unless i walk away AND they can get the dealer to do a swap the closest one in my price range is in ohio and im in rhode island

I'd recommend BeckyD@RodgersChevrolet, she will help you out. I would have ordered from her but I came across the 1LE which was locally since I was on leave visiting family.

It's not the first (and won't be the last) there has been shadiness dealings from that stealership. There was a couple of people over the spring/summer who had issues with them.

Thanks, you seemed to be the only one understanding. Lucas has spoken to me a few times and what it seems is he is the "middle man". No one is focusing on the wrong in this situation. I have a buyers order, period. Do I have the car? No. Yet no one has focused on that. Instead the GM of Koons Chevrolet (Pat Fogarty) whom has supposedly spoken to me, has never returned my phone call as he said he would when i tried to contact him. And supposedly I told them I was going to the dealership on 31 Dec 2012 to order the car which was never said by me. Alot of false statements going on between the GM and the District Regional. I need to speak to the next in the chain because this is completely wrong and I should not be treated nor disrespected the way I should have.

I have documentation, proof, visual and written of everything. I can even get cellphone records indicating that the GM never called me back as I called his direct line.

Brandon is there anyway to have the District Regional contact myself?
