NOPE you just went off on a little tizzy got your panties in a wad and started crying. Again I hope many members as possible read this blog and dont buy ANYTHING from your company. Customer service is the most important part of any business and you are far from knowing customer service. Again step into the bathroom get those panties out of a wad and understand how poor YOUR customer service is....even if the customer is not always right...the customer is ALWAYS right. Our parents grew up by this rule and its sad that there are so few that still understand this. Fell free to respond to this post because im sure your red in the face and still mad that someone called you out for what they thought was poor customer service and YOU choose to jump down there throat.
It looks like you didn't read the entire thread and/or didn't see these posts below.

Furthermore, if you feel like "bad customer service" is taking an order for a set of Hawk Performance Pads at a discounted price, shipping that item SAME DAY IT IS ORDERED, and it then arriving to your customer's door in four (4) business days, then yes, we are guilty of charged. In addition, if you feel that "bad customer" is responding to *unwarranted* posts in defense of an unnecessary thread, we'll tell you again that we are guilty as charged and can see that you obviously do not run a business yourself. Have we ever made mistakes? Sure we have. We've sent a left when the customer ordered a right and shipped a blue when the customer ordered a red. It has happened before. And when it does, we are quite humble, apologetic about it and we certainly can sympathize with this type of error. However, when you start a post saying we have "Terrible Service" when you get your items in four (4) days, ridicule us because we're not open on Sundays or rant online because you feel like shipping to Canada should be free, best believe we are going to post about it. It's unwarranted slander and ridiculous. "Customer service" is knowing your product, having it in the shelf, offering a good price on it, backing its warranty, answering your phone before the 5th ring and offering unparallelled communication with your customer. "Customer service" has nothing at all to do with accepting unwarranted threads like this.

Nobody here was rude to him. He was told that his order had been processed, was in transit to him and that when tracking would load in our database that it would automatically send to his email address in 1-2 business days like every other order has in our near 10 years in business. Some people construe that has "rude" because they're hearing the answer they want to hear. It's not meant to be rude; it's the answer to the question he asked.

Our primarily mover on this particular forum is Hawk (and a little bit of Eibach). Not sure if you're being sarcastic, but in the relative short time we've been here (since May of '10), we cannot say we're unhappy with the business we've received from this forum. The amount of members here is a little irrelevant considering that this is the only forum we sponsor (out of a total of about 20) that will not let you post a price of any kind in a thread other than in that of the Advertiser Classifieds. All things considered (and especially because of that), we can't complain. Thanks for your post, though.

NOTE: The OP (despite being asked to via PM) still hasn't not addressed our post. Interesting.

This is crazy I've done business with mjm and even got a part installed they are simply trying to defend there reputation do you think that if you as a member got a bad seller review for something showing up within 5 days it wouldn't bother you? It's not fair that they get the bad rep because of shipping time people should know better you buy apart and as long as it ships in a few days and gets there with in reason than it's fine the company did their job and they sold you a part and you revived it. It's not like it's been a month and you've been givin the ring around about a back order. The staff was very friendly and meet my high standards they even showed me there facilty and came in on day that wasn't a normal business day to make sure my part was installed because a if a misunderstanding of the correct appointment date. I have over 16,000 of parts in my car and have bought from many people mjm is just as reputable as apex or phastek or any other big name we buy from.

I don't think buyer is concerned with shipping times. It was attitude of the people on phone and responding. Seeing some of the companies responses on here I'd have to believe the buyer that the person answered phone was rude,

In my opinon...
This company is a PERFECT example of how no company should ever act. Who ever is responding to this post has no communication skills. If they think by defending themself this way is going to help their CRAZY! Who ever is responding should really cut there loses and just admit to POOR customer service,POOR response time and just admit to being wrong. But THEY choose to countinue and TRY and explain there way out of their POOR service so that opens them up to more neagtive comments and more individuals wondering if they should "chance it" by ordering from them. ANYONE who reads this posting Im hoping will pick another vendor and get great service and have a fun buying experience. Just remember there is strength in numbers and poor customer service will put a end to a poor company. This is just my opinion on what I see and have read and the vibe I get from this vendor. BUT MAN...I know I WILL NOT buy from them and will spread the word ....

This is what not to do as a vendor! If they felt they had to respond, Leave a two sentence statement indicating parts were shipped within twenty four hours and customer received in 4 days. Apoligise if the customer felt un-loved during followup phone call.

For a vendor to carry on like this?

A FOOL CONTINUES TO SPEAK WHILE A WISE MAN LISTENS.I can definately say I wont be buying from this vendor. S*ITTY Attitude man.

In my honest opinion, I feel the vendor has responded appropriately in a professional manner to issues that was brought out on a public forum. I understand the issue with the f/u call could have gone smoother, but I'm sure the individual that answered the phone call was/is still in the process of understanding proper communications skills, that for some people, is a life long endeavor.

This vendor has a long history of satisfied customers and to have been in business for 10 years is indicative of his success. I don't think it is fair of you to disdain others from utilizing this companies service based on the "vibes" you are getting. I would understand if their have been multiple complaints, but there hasn't been anyone else chiming in with any negative feedback...yet.

I'm sorry both parties have had to endure this, but the holidays and online purchases can get stressful (since we, the customer, are not getting that instant gratification process satisfied) Hmmm, I may have to check out their website if there is anything that I'm interested in.

Totally agree with this and the other 90% here saying the vendor just should not be in this business! It is comical to watch this probably "1 man drop shipper company", answer these posts in about the most unprofessional manner you could imagine for a business...WOW talk about chopping your own tree down! Oh and 175 orders here in like 3 years tells you something...certainly nothing to brag about.

Wow...I think the response from the vendor is rude and defensive. There are much better ways to handle situations like this. I guess I will add this vendor to my "Do not order from" list.
