Dual Bucket?
What is the point of using two buckets. Is it to reduce the risk of scratching?

The idea is you use the second bucket solely to rinse your wash mitt in clean water before every reload of soap. Using a bucket with a grit guard helps too. I'm sure google will find one of those buckets. If you are a Zaino user, they also offer a bucket.

Go wash a car with 2 buckets. After your done look at the rinse water at the bottom of it and check out all the grit is in there. Instead of risking putting that back into your wash mitt and scratching the hell out of your clear cloat it stay right where it belongs in the bucket not wrecking your paint finish. Its all about preventative measure's in keeping your car looking nice. May seem anal at first but once u understand the reason behind it you will never go back to the old way of 1 bucket.
