I don't necessarily feel that is the case. Don't get me wrong, I know it has been our biggest hurdle and I know the Trifecta tune was one of the major hold ups for Gretchen, but I'd like to see IPF take a crack at something like this.

Its code. Someone created the code, and it should be able to be altered just the same as the Delphi, but obviously its just much harder to crack for some reason, whether that be a lack of knowledge about it, or maybe the way the code/tables are written. For example, the Bosch ECM contains many tables for timing, while the Delphi only contains a few.

Well if you have been bothered reading on the other mace cam thread that everyone used to post on, you might have found some of my posts like 2-3 months ago with results of my car together with a dyno sheet.

Any time frame as to when we can get results?

Mind posting them here? Apparently everyone has gravitated here for information on these things

not sure if this was addressed or not but any way tracey can let us know if the IM monitors went ready or are ready or arent ready.especially the dreaded evap system. you may not have an iussue in TX for inspection but others might. hate to finally have my car pass inspection which I finally did , get these cams and find that I may have an issue.

Do you have the rx ported heads and IM? Those are the results we are looking for.

No i don't have those parts but I'm sure not everyone will want/ can afford to do those 2 extra bits. The 226/266 cams provide more than 30rwkw and that is very good upgrade for that amount of power. The big cams work better with a higher diff ratio to cover the lag at low rpm.

FYI, this is a touch over 40 hp.

So, what we're doing here is just moving the power curve around a bit? Are we sacrificing low end torque for high end hp? Just curious.

Not sure about this latest set of cams...I'm sure they are a good balance, but yes the earlier sets of cams moved the peak HP well past stock redline from my understanding, while low rpm TQ suffered.

I'll go out on a limb and say even with these latest grinds you'd be giving u power down low for more up high.

My gf is from the Texas and I am a Canadian from Alberta. You Americans always make the best stuff in the world. I wish I was there in the development of these cams. God bless Americans! God bless America!
