hey gang , iam back to 3 camaros for awhile , but not long , i picked up a 79 Z , and the picture did it no truth , roach but lots of parts for 70, so iam good , heres the picture i first saw , when i picked it up , and whats left after a day of work.

and i swapped keiths ford , minus Motor, Tranny ,total investment 0, iam ahead of the game , also got a brand new fiberglass hood with the z

Here is my thread, after taking apart my front end this weekend and realized that down the road Im going to want the Color Changing HALOS, I decided I wasnt going remove that front end again.. I hated it. But good news is HEAT exchanger brakets are mounted, PCM was removed and mailed out, Radiator Drained, almost ready for my install.

the best part of that deal was the look on the guys face when he was talkingup the car , and hayl walks over , looks it all over and says dad this is in worse shape than mine , is this my parts car .. thats my girl


well kinda mark , i did get a bunch of good parts , gas tank , wheels, all the hinges, latches , trunk lid , tilt wheel , and a set of cherry doors , glass hood ...

iam going to swap stuff over and put it back out , as a shell see what i can get for it ,,,i didnt get hurt ..

i was thinking we should have put the ford in the garage and took the sawzall to it , and chopped it

He does the installs for free at the Fest. You might want to jump on the discount now and ask him if he'll install it at the fest!

As long as your whole on the deal...its good then. I hate seeing people get ripped off and Craigslist is a haven for nutjobs.

Has anyone figured out or verified where the water from the vents actually goes??? I didnt see a drain tube or rain catch like the old Mopars had....does the water just sit on the engine?
I do like the looks
