Hey Aversion, from what I was told last time there was still two orders ahead of mine. hopefully it will be this round... only time will tell. i'll post any updates that come my way. let me know if you hear anything!

Hey Aversion...I got the call today!!! My salesmen asked me to go down to Connell to verify the details of my order and said that it should be accepted by GM on Tuesday!!! I asked if they would be getting more allocation and he said that they would be! I'll keep optimistic for you and as always, I will post any details that I get.

Very nice. Gratz man I'm figuring first or second week of July if all goes well for me. I 'll be curious to see how fast your build goes now that things seem to be sailing at the plant.

I think things should go pretty smoothly, but with the one week plant closure it could be a little longer. No worries on my behalf, it gives me a few extra days/weeks to enjoy my truck before I sell it...:(

the first time i read a post on this site was in 2007 and today is my first post!!! i too have an order at connell... i placed my order on 4/3/09 with evertt morrow!!! then i got a call on 6/2/09 and i was told i was number 12 on there list of camaro orders!!! and then on 6/23/09 i got the call... no not the one your thinking!!! everett called me to tell me he wasnt going to be selling me the car!!! i was like nooooooo why!!!!! when he explaned he was moving to colorado!!!! and dave (oj) would be handeling my order!!! well as of 7/10/09 i hadnt recieved any new news about my car so i went down to costa masa haveing to deal with all the ocfair traffic on the 55 south... and spoke with andy the sales MGR. we went into his office and he pulled up the entire list of orders... there was like 40 or so!!! went down the list found my order number 3!!!!! i was so happy!!! he then reasured me i was getting msrp for the car 1lt cgm a6 conv. and conn. rs!!! 28030!!! i then asked when should i expecet my order to be pulled he told me to call back on mon. or tues. and talk to jan waters he is the sales mgr. in charge of the ordering!!!
