Real car enthusiasts can respect a car for what it is (in this case, awesome) no matter what their brand loyalty is.

In the same respect real car enthusiasts don't have to like every car either.

I originally posted this thread as an enthusiast and share in a positive manner but some ZL1 owner are idiots because they think their ZL1 owns all. In the 8 months i owned my ZL1 i probably did more stuff with and to the car that most will do in their whole ownership. The Zl1 is a very very nice car and the best camaro ever built but to me after it was all set and done it did not meet my expectations. Let’s see how the GTR does!!

I was hoping you were going to say that you traded your ZL1 for that bulldog.

ZL1 VS GTR, I'm taking the GT-R...just a much better performer.

As long as your happy that's all that matters..

As far as it being faster or the ZL1 being faster, Who cares most don't track them anyways. So does it really matter? Not in my book.

For me I would take the ZL1 just for looks alone, I'm not crazy about the GTR's looks the front looks like a bass fish with its open mouth. But everyone has different tastes, and that's a good thing IMO!!

Wow so much hate! I don't know if you are gonna come back after all the hate you've been receiving. If you do, please keep us updated on how things are going with the GT-R. It seems you will mode the ish out of it! Post some videos when you do so you can shut some mouths . I hope one day I have the money to spend 50+k on a car.

GTR or not, I couldn't bring myself to burn money on getting rid of a new car so quickly.

all gtrs(09-13) out trap and et zl1's even the fastest stock zl1 isnt a issue. and to the op change out the turbo inlets to the same ones the 13's have and get a cobb tune to adjust the launch control 2.9 seconds to 60 and you will be running low 11s

Damn people...let the guy enjoy his new to him GTR...why hate?

Congratulations on your new ride - may it give you years of enjoyment. The AWD will be helpful on those wintery days up North. And to the new owner of that BEAUTIFUL ZL1...nice pick up!
