You can BET most customers that are willing to pay 6000+ for an appearance package are also going to want ALL the bells and whistles, a big one of those being a sunroof. So silly they are going to refuse that option because they don;t want to create a 2 piece roof stripe for the package. You're right though, when the cars don't sell well they'll blame it on the color. haha

I never used my moon roof on my truck, but anytime it's pretty outside I use it in my Camaro.

I don't see why they can't do the sunroof with the stripe. I got the stripe on Natasha and also got the sunroof. They just didn't put the stripe on the roof, which I also didn't understand. But that's beside the point.

You can stripe a ZL1 with a roof so I doubt the stripe is the problem. I would say it is what they probably got approved from Mattel as being the Hot Wheels model.

I have said this for some time why not a bright blue.
Aqua blue was the closest to my liking and dealers were 5-7k over msrp once there were only a handful left. people will pay for the extras if offered specially if the color catches there eye.

Exactly. Just don't put the damn stripe on the roof then. Why do they make it so difficult?

Come on Chevy...2014 1LE in Kinetic blue with an LS7 (Z/28?). And make the sunroof available...

I saw the Hot Wheels edition at the Philly Auto Show and it is a sweet looking car. The 7 grand upcharge over base SS I won't be buying one anytime soon.

I've contacted my local dealers and they tell me they can't take orders until June/July? But it appears some are already placing orders.
