You obviously miss the point. If i can't contact the seller, i can't return it to the seller. If it was shipped from Livernoise and I return it to them, and it's not a paypal verified seller address. HE could easily keep the $4k and say the kit never arrived nor did he direct me to send it to Livernoise.

Get what in writing? That the kit was in working condition and not missing items? Are you really realllllly playing devils advocate and saying that it's a given that all items on Camaro5 sold should be thought of as damaged and missing parts unless written as such directly to the buyer. That's... really really interesting. No You simply ask the buyer and take his word and proceed as i did to negate the damage.

By stating "did you get that in writing" implies you feel the seller is a liar from the get go. Thanks
