No Photos - mine is pretty much stock, 'cept for a CC and Rotofab Intake. I do plan on adding ACCs Aqua Blue/ABL footwell LED strips, front and back, switched,
and maybe a Big Gulp, but not much else.

...maybe.

Oh, and acquiring the handle "Red RockitZed 13". I wanted "RocketZed", but some Dutchman already has it.

A shot of my 2012 next to a 2013 Shelby GT500 last summer. I had one of these on order, but cancelled it and picked up the ZL1 instead. Couldn't be happier...

Besides better braking and handling, why did you choose the ZL1 over the GT500? Just wondering, thanks!

I was initially lured by the bigger horsepower and the fact that ZL1 production was on hold at the time. After waiting almost four months for the Shelby, I had the chance to reconsider my choice.

I've always been a GM guy and it was a little strange walking into a Ford dealer when I ordered the Shelby.

I sold my 2009 CTS-V to get the ZL1 and as nice as the CTS-V was, I enjoy driving the ZL1 a LOT more. The ZL1 is the best of all worlds since it mixes the best of the CTS-V and a Corvette (my other ride).

Besides the incredible performance, the ZL1 is very exclusive. I get a lot of attention when people realize that it's not an SS, but a ZL1. This can't be said for the Shelby. The newest GT500 looks almost identical to prior models.
