by the week they shut down in July? Mine was just built and Im wonderring if anyone knows if the July shutdown effects deliveries too.

I doubt it if it's already on the truck; ones that haven't been shipped out, though, may be affected I would think.

yeah...kinda what I waas thinking too.Guess I was just thinking what if its ready to go the last day they work and its put on truck...does it still move?

if they are built it shouldnt matter. Outside contracts like shiiping shouldnt be affected. And the plant will still have a skeleton crew i would imagine that will be there to ensure ones made are shipped etc. I might be wrong but there still might be a skelton crew producing a small amount of cars. When I worked at GM during the summer once, we had a skeleton crew that still worked the hott lines

I was hoping mine would be ground effected but hopefully not affected by delivery.

Dont think it will be affected unless they have half full trailor and have to wait for them to fire back up to finish filling the trailor. But dont have bad thoughts only good. when you get it post pics.

They will ship completed units but you will see a burp in the pipeline until it refills after restart. Give the poor guys and gals a break, you're taking vacation, aren't you?

Not sure I consider it a vacation when it's forced upon you. I'm sure it's forcing people to use their paid time off as well.
