Drats, thwarted by ol' uncaring physics once again (that whole time travel thing)

Guess it's back to mojo, or an incantation:

Eye of newt (enter John Cleese, "She turned me into a newt"),
Carcass of a duck (something not to weigh the same as),
Guess I'll just have to rely on,
Plain ol' dumb luck

plates. In Michigan, you apply for it either
when you are buying your new plate or
to upgrade an existing plate. You'll need
