Ok I will answer my own question, frustrating sums it up.

If I post the email exchange between me and them you would laugh yourself silly. For some crazy reason I haven't given up on the car yet so I won't post for now on the off chance that they have even heard of camaro5.

Suppose there was a dealer with 21 2012's on their lot and I am getting better prices on more expensive 2013's than they are giving me on a 2012, does that make any sense??
