I'd book in advance, that way you're all set when you get there. About 20 minutes from the strip. Great way to spend a morning or afternoon. Better than pissing your money away at the casino!
I can only say WOW!!! I attended the Bondurant racing school, see here

I drove a formula 1 and it was a blast but I like the looks, car choices and track for exotics racing better. That looks like too much fun to be legal and has definitely made my bucket list.

BONDURANT is on my must do list. I just want to know how to drive on a track. They use camaro's and vette's. Was watching an episode of 5th Gear on BBC and they did some experiments with a beginner. Different mods, each one the time improved, but the single and best improvements came with no mods/horsepower the number one was having an experienced driver teaching you and helping you correct/improve your skills. I've seen the formula 1 class, I can see how you must of just loved it! At Exotics Racing you get behind the wheel of your dream car and take it around the track...bucket list for sure!

lol. actually you can fit a whole set inside the car. 1 back tire in trunk , 1 in back seat with a front tire on top and the last front will stand next to the rest. i brought a set of take-offs back from south florida loaded in my 2010 SS when i had it

And yes they let you put it to the floor, although the guy in the passenger seat can hit the brakes if necessary. All paddle shifts or in auto mode, your choice. Best road trip of your life coming up!
I seriously thought the dude was joking when he told me to keep accelerating on my first lap. I was at ~160 and could see the turn coming. >_<
