Got to be Primanti brothers. Excellent sandwiches but bring a BIG appetite! Yes let's do it. I'll see about getting ahold of beans and mouse. Have two of each color. Both great guys and SS drivers too

Ok...it's the Normandy bar and to Glenns custard. Something like that. Maybe we could meet for a bite first since my wife is really wanting to go visiting all of her family places. I have to fit these in or I'm toast. She's already complaining saying she wants to make this more than just a "car trip." But, that's what this is...... If I wanted to just fly up there and pick up a car, I would have done that a month ago! ARG!!!

Well....

Spoke to Rick this afternoon who said the vinyl letters will be ready for the cowl tomorrow morning. If they look good and it's what I was hoping for (correct font and size), then hopefully we can shoot it in that color. The only problem?

TIME.

We have to be ready on Wednesday....better yet, Thursday morning at the latest to head out to Carlisle. I don't know how paint could be sprayed and it be ready to be driven so quickly. I dunno....I'm no painter, but I thought it might need more time.

tag this car is GORGEOUS. two questions though. how did you get the blue bowtie, did you buy it somewhere paint it? other?

also can i ask how much all of this was, im not a huge fan of stripes but getting CGM myself this set up is just fantastic.

Your SS looks great.

Now just get some shoes!

I know what you are saying about the tail section. The silver would look good
if the bumper didn't mold into that section.
I can't wait for mine, I don't keep anything stock and like to be original. Keep up the great posts.

Toms paint guys painted the bow ties and SS's blue for me. The blue color is called wave blue metallic and it's from the 08 GM chart.

Thanks a lot for the compliments. I really appreciate it. As far as cost....
All the paint is getting up to about $1,700. We are still working on figuring out the man hours to get it done. All the other stuff will come in time.
