As for my car:

Below 2k rpm, it's not too loud at all. Once the tach goes up... it sounds like you're in a race car. I've had zero issues with inspection, and no heat from the LEO's yet. However I keep the revs low at nighttime when I'm driving around town. For comparative purposes: I run Long tubes, Hi flows, no mufflers. Ron has LT's Hi flows, a cam, MUFFLERS. Ron's car is quite a bit louder. (And sounds BADASS! Can't wait till it's done.)

It drones a touch at 2k RPM on the thruway.

I drove for two months with no tune before my CEL popped on with LT's and Hi Flows. Tune took it away and haven't seen it since.

Otherwise I love my exhaust setup. I do want mufflers eventually just to smooth out the exhaust tone, but for now I'm good. New wheels > mufflers =D

Actually Norm that picture will be two years old soon , that was a good show , but getting out the feild , was another story , heavy down pour,,,
