Even if the new 5.0 isn't as mod-friendly as the 4.6, the aftermarket industry will find ways to make it work since the Mustang undoubtedly has the largest aftermarket of any American-made vehicle.

Went to check out a 2010 GT today at Bluebonnet Ford in New Braunfels, TX. I wasn't a fan of the exterior at first, but it's grown on me. And the interior is pure sex.

I know, I was just saying that even if it hypothetically wasn't, it still wouldn't matter.

A tick over 13.0 sec. and you're through the quarter-mile. It's a rush, of course, but not overly dramatic. Try the same thing with this pair's predecessors of 1970 or so and you'll find yourself in a bit of a wrestling match. Ain't progress wonderful? Maybe yes, and maybe sometimes it's fun to wrestle."

2011 Mustang Mach 1 rendering

Saw this and thought it looked cool, so figured I'd share:

http://www.mustangblog.com/blog/1021...-gets-rendered

I still think they should do something with the fog lamps. They look out of place.

Then maybe you should go somewhere other than the "General Automotive and Other Cars Discussion"

Anyway, I wanted to give everyone here a glimpse of what they might be seeing while cruising in their Camaros. Only it's not a very good one because it's not a picture of the back of the car. OH SNAP!

Just kidding. I'm a huge fan of all 3 pony cars on the market right now, and happy to feel like I'm living in the first era of the muscle car wars that I missed out on.

Looks good, but I fail to see anything changed from say a 2007. The hood comes down over the headlights is the only way I can tell it's a new one...

Saw a few 2010 Mustangs on the lot by my office... its subtle, but the whole front end has changed... the REAL difference is the horrible, ugly, disgusting, unimaginable rear end they put on this thing. Its like a poop sandwich on soggy bread.

Can't get passed the rear end look either, otherwise I'd have one in the garage by now(alot faster than waiting for my SIM)..:(

Does anyone know if you can transplant the '09 tail on the '10 model?

I'm the same...love the new front end and have always enjoyed the Mustang but the rear just doesn't look good at all!
