Just ideas so far want some input
Mississauga to Robbinsville NC is about 13 hours
6 hours from Robbinsville NC to Fayetteville NC
June 14 we need to be in Fayetteville
There is a microtel Inn at Robbinsville
we will need about half a day at the Tail of the Dragon
start dropping some ideas

How are you going to fit in a Microtel???????????

What about the Cherohala Parkway while we are there? Is anybody thinking of staying down long enough to hit Carlisle the following weekend?

friend of mine wants to bring his cbr I guess maybe time to bring the zx14 and do the tail again on the bike and the car

Hello Canadian C5 members. I live about 30 min from The Dragon in west Knoxville, TN. Once you get away from Knoxville and Lenoir city area you end up in smaller, less known hotels and limited places to eat. West Knoxville ( Farragut ) has an abundance of well known hotels/motels and restaurants to fit all budgets. If you plan to do both the Cherohala Skyway and the Dragon in one day, it can be done BUT not matter which one you do first you end up having to go back to head towards NC. PM me if you want to discuss via phone.

Let’s plan to do both the Cherohala Skyway and the Dragon.
I did a search on Cherohala Skyway and it looks awesome as does the Dragon.
And that’s not to mention the Camaros for Hero’s event.
I’m definitely in.

This is without a doubt something we would love to do.

Unfortunately we won’t be able to attend any 2013 events until... maybe July. Our son is getting married in June.

The first event will probably be the Camaro Superfest July 6-7.

We’ll be thinking of you all though... drive safe!

Some of us have the week off between Camaros for heroes and Carlisle

We are thinking of leaving on the Wednesday June 12th OR Thursday June 13th
Hotel 13th? ,14th,15th
Staying until Sunday (16th)
We have all that week to explore the roads and sightsee.
Then head to Carlisle arriving on the Thursday (20th)
Hotel 20th,21st, 22nd?
Heading home on Saturday(22nd) OR Sunday (23rd)
