True. But it actually doesn't get much less MPG than your Jeep, believe it or not. And it's a blast to drive! I work with a guy that has a Prius. I think I'm going to run over it next week just for fun.

I love driving the jeep because of all the compliments I get about it. As for the Prius tell me when and where and I might join you!

I'm an obsessed non-owner myself also on here daily.
Only what makes my obsession worse is I've limited myself to one unfortunately rare limited color Synergy Green Metallic. Being in Canada makes that worse as they are mostly saturated in the States. (Importing is not really an option due to costs) |

Guess I am obsessed by definition, "To preoccupy the mind excessively". First time I saw a picture of the Camaro concept the image was unforgetable. Never been into muscle or sports cars, but there was something about this body style that hooked me big time. Did not need another car, was very happy with the two I already had, I am a low mileage driver, never had to have the newest and latest anything, hard to justify buying a Camaro. Been driving since 1967, have had many wonderful new cars, and from experience knew if I became obsessed with a body style, just go for it and I would be happy with the purchase for decades. So I gave in and ordered my 2011 2LT mid May 2010 (to get it my way) and waited months to receive it. No regrets after 30 months and 7,800 kilometres (4,845 miles), (yes the Camaro is my daily driver as I keep my 1998 Riviera garaged winters).
I am an old fart and at age 62 a long time for me might only be another 15 years. As long as I can lift my legs up and over the high door sills hope to be driving the Camaro on my trip to the old folks home. |
