Chrome Wheels

Any idea when we'll be able to get a set of chrome wheels instead of just polished aluminum? And also, any news on maybe a "dove-tail" spoiler??

Not much factory chrome out there anymore. I doubt that will be an option.

I had the factory Chrome wheels on my 99 TA.... It lived most of its life in Texas, after 2 years up here (the car was 5 yrs old at this point) the chrome started to bubblle and some peeled off... Not the first one I saw that happen to....

I prefer Polished....

chrome wheels look bad after a few years no matter how much you work at it water just penetrates and starts to destroy them from the inside out and the chrome flakes off

I have factory chrome Salad Shooters on my '96 Z28. I have never had a problem at all with them and they still look good. A coat of wax a couple times a year and wipe off the dirt/brake dust every once in a while and that's it.

It depends on where you live. I take my chromes off in the winter and run with then during the summer. If not taken care of they will look like sh@t.

I happen to like chrome, but the Camaro has hardly any chrome accents. This car just does not lend itself to chrome. But I do not think it would look bad, just not natural.

The Challenger 20" so-called chrome wheels are actually chromed plastic covers glued to an aluminum wheel. Very disappointing, but typical Mopar
