The car was used in the MLB All Star Game Red Carpet Parade.
Apparently the Al and NL managers road in the camaros and the players road in the back of new Chevy Pick ups.

Anyway, that is why I have no window sticker..... lost aong the way.

That would be great if you could get paperwork verifying it. That indeed would make it a special car.

If Chevy is willing to print me a nice letter on letterhead, I will keep it with the car..... other than that it is a cool story/history, but not the reason I bought it.

My dealer ordered a copy for me as the original dealer "Lost" the original. Took a few weeks but I have it.

Because Chevy sucks like this. I tried to get a window sticker for my Camaro and Chevy couldn't do it. All I had to do with my Ford is provide a VIN and my address for shipping (I think maybe a copy of registration for proof of ownership but don't remember) and they printed and shipped me a new window sticker for FREE! (as of now the only caveat with Ford is the vehicle can't be older than three years old to get sticker reprints, it was five when I got my sticker).
