At work and went out to my car to put stuff away and noticed my front two tires are extremely low. This winter I have been having to fill all 4 tires up on almost a weekly basis. I guess its time for new tires. These tires have been on there since 06 so I think I got my moneys worth. Just hoping to make it to a gas station whos air works.

Why not take the air pump out of the SS since you're not driving it and save yourself the trouble of looking for a station?

I've got an air pump in my SS? Might need to check that out. Either way, I need new tires. Just don't want to spend the money AND hoping to make it home from work.

Dennis,
I forgot to ask you when we got together, I'm assuming your a veteran like me, if you are I need to talk to you to make sure your getting all your VA benefits! I work for the Regional office at the Federal building, we are extremely busy and backed up! Nice though to help veterans!

Iowa Veterans,

If you didn't know, within the next year or so Veterans will be able to get a special driver license that shows their veteran status. This will help get you any discounts and benefits if your old ID is expired or lost. Don't know all the specifics, but looking forward to getting this soon.

No problem HRD_WRK! I didn't even mind following you on the road once...but you know the rest of that story...lol. Of course I am a major rule breaker myself with my non-DOT lights and sidemarkers...oops. I hope nobody else is as dumb as I am to be running around with illegal modifications on their cars...hate to see them getting pulled over for illegal lights. The cops have better things to be doing.

Think you guys should schedule a dyno day sometime in the spring. 695 rental for the day can do about 12 cars in that time frame. make a meet and after meet cruise out of it!

I would like to get in on the dyno day. But I also need a day for a dyno tune on my 1976 Camaro. I will be in touch with you Crown, or PM me the pricing. Thanks.

It is funny you mention this Scott, for those of you who aren't friends with me on Facebook (yet) I posted this up as a practical joke the other day. There really are some cool cops out there.
