Bear 6 Piston brake all the way around?

I found this on the net. They look like 6 pistion brakes from bear all the way around! LOOKS

I wonder if it would be possible to order these with smaller than 15 inch rotors? I'd like to keep the 18 inch wheels, but this would be a nice upgrade.

I am trying to get specs from both Baer and Brembo and see if there is (mathematically at least, and yes, I know, I am geek) any benefit to one or the other.
