Hey don't get me wrong I think your car is badass and sweet looking, I just can't do the charger 4 door bit.. I would have to go with the challenger if I was to go with Chrysler/Dodge/Mopar..

They make sweet looking cop cars as well..

66, your car looks incredible in that bad ass green! Chargers have to be the most intimidating police cruisers I have ever seen, their top speed is also higher than most anything law enforcement has had before.

Op, Great run looks like you have that 6.1 dialed in. Might want to upgrade to the 12/13 Charger SRT8 though as it seems a few of them are running 12:00s - 12:20s with a tune, CAI, and on stock tires, nasty, nasty, 4-doors

If you mean good drivers in the SRT and bad drivers in the SS then you are correct in it being a "drivers" race. But drivers being equal there is no contest.

MotorTrend: SS 13.1 sec @ 110.8 mph; SRT 13.3 sec @ 106.1 mph

The SS traps 4mph faster and continues to pull. Around a track it would be even more of a beating.

My times are on stock tires and I think I do ok for running a home made cold air and home built exhuast! Lot left in my car, the only thing thats funny is you taking down full bolton, geared and tuned l99s. Go take that crap to the charger forum!

well it is true though both things being equal for drivers the SS isn't going to lose to the charger it's just to heavy. Especially with the old 6.1l it just doesnt have enough power to move that weight faster than the camaro

So where magazine racing times now? and you pick the fastest time you can find for the SS lol typical. And you pick a challenger of all SRT8's which runs the slowest times in the mags. Lets be realistic here plenty of stock 6.1's have ran high 12's at 110 so lets not make things up. Bottom line the 6.1 and the SS are a drivers race period I have seen and done it enough times to know that. Sorry I live off reality and the strip not a magazine. My car ran 12.9@109 bone stock 2 days after buying it and leaving TC on. So no the SS doesn't have a 4mph advantage.

and the fastest bone stock time out of a 6.1 is 12.5@112 at atco back in 05.
