Up until what point in the order process can color be changed on an order? Also at what point can a dealer cancel an order?

Thank you for all of your help and support, if only I were closer, I would know who to buy from.

I honestly don't know if a dealer can cancel an order -
I've never tried. From the dealer standpoint, you would
lose the vehicle and inventory can be difficult to come
by -especially a ZL1.

To change the color, the order cannot go past the
3100 status. The dealer makes the request to have
the order returned for the change by calling the GM
Dealer Business Center. The orders are returned for
changes on Tues AM and then cycle back into the
system that night. If the event code goes to 3100
before the return happens, it can't be changed.

Both you should have your dealer call on
Monday to get an update. Sometimes when there
is a situation like this - remember the hold on
2012 ZL1's?- the cars can be moving but the
Status doesn't update. I had a ZL1 show up that
still showed bayed. Not saying this is the case
here, but it's worth a phone call.
