it should become a standard required item it is much safer.

And that is what warranties are for.

Standard right, like back- up Camaras, air bags,back-up sensors, blind spot warning signals ect. If people would just learn how to drive, the government wouldn't have to force all this extra crap on us.
Do you know how many thousands of dollars air bags alone add on to your car?
And now they have an external air bag, that's right an air bag out side your car. In case you hit a pedestrian! Are you kidding me? You could subtract 10 or even 20 or more thousand dollars off a car without airbags. Freedom? My ass.

All the time.

With the top down I can see the HUD even when there is a glare on the gauges

Had to get used to it then i thought I didn't need it so I shut it off turned it back on after 5 seconds and never shut it off again. Just wish it would turn colors at shift point, yellow then red. Love it

oh please you want no.technology buy a model t
I guarantee I can drive the wheels off anything you put me in so it's not a matter of learning to drive.
But modern convenience and safety are far more important.

Hud keeps your eyes where they should be on the road instead of looking down at gauges and Speedo and tachs.
And puts it in the air in front of your eyes.

Yes, I use it all the time.

Driving my truck, I have to re-train myself to look at the speedometer.

I just love the start-up graphics, too.

And yes, I still open the connecting inside door to the garage and just "smile" at my car.
