USAA by far the best insurance company I ever dealt with.

USAA and I pay 489 every 6 months. I'm 22 with a major accident in the past 3 years driving a 2010 2ss. If you can get USAA they will be the cheapest and they are wonderful people.

I have Travelers in Florida. 2012 LS and 2011 Sonata cost me $1488 a year for both, full coverage, $500 deductible...but I'm an old fart (56) with no points/accidents. The LS is about $750.

Never made a claim so cannot comment on the service.

Cool I have...

...USAA (28 years), full coverage, upper limits in all catagories, $0/$0 deductibles, $603 every 6 months.

And yes, I like them.

GEICO. It's cheap (about $430 every 6 months for both cars combined) and convenient to change coverage and pay. Never had to make a claim yet, though.

USAA is primarily for current and former military personnel. However, if you are related to anyone that has USAA you can piggy-back off of their membership to get your own membership. They are much more liberal with their membership now. Outside of having the best rates and great customer service, another great perk is that you get a dividend check from them at the end of the year! I am sure that they cover CT.
