They were equipped same as a 2SS. The dark plum/bordeaux color with the ghost stripes and the dark tan interior, looks good!

As mentioned, one for sale in Des Moines. Saw it when I was there doing the paperwork on my Camaro. Nice car, not worth the asking price IMO.

There are several of them on lots around the country in new and used states.

There is a new one in Ohio (Coughlin) where the dealer is asking $49K on the web site.

The one for sale in Las Vegas is one of the most unique as it has been extensively modified. Check out his expired eBay listing where he provides all the details about the NM Camaros and what makes his unique (search Camaro Neiman Marcus). From what I have seen his is the only one that rightfully deserves a premium price.

As I've been told only the first 12 (Neiman Marcus serial # - not VIN ) have the truly special paint. The rest have the same color scheme but are not as nice.

It is very hard for dealers to sell these as they are basically '11 2SS/RS convertibles at a (very) premium price. THERE ARE NO MECHANICAL UPGRADES OVER A STOCK '11 2SS/RS convertible (exception - Hurst Shifter on the stick shifts). Thus they sit with warranty clocks ticking (used ones). The differences between a standard 2SS/RS convertible and the NM is the paint, top color, wheels and interior leather (plus Hurst shifter on the manuals).

The '12s and '13s established the price for an appearance package as being a $6K delta (Dusk, Hot Wheels, etc.). Plus the '12s and '13s have the upgraded interiors and rear view camera. Oh and the ZL1 now exists which costs less as well.

I tried to buy one from the dealers who have them at a reasonable '11 2SS level price. It was a no go. These dealers are stuck with them at a very high cost and are as yet unwilling to take the big mark down that is inevitable. One slightly used one sold on eBay recently in Nor Cal for $38K.

The concept for those 21" wheels (which BTW are available from Chevy Parts) was originally shown on the Dale Earnhardt Jr Concept Camaro shown @ SEMA 08.
