If you leave your turn signal on too long without making an actual turn, the DIC will display a message telling you to turn it off. Is it me or is my car grandpa proof.?!

The trunk button is in perfect position so you can press it while pushing your car door open and exiting the vehicle. The little things

Explain that a little better, please. Hold a button, or the blinker, or what?

When my 2SS was at the dealer for a few hours they gave me a Malibu to drive and it had real time and average fuel economy on the DIC. Made more sense to me than just the average. It would be nice to see a real time readout.

Fun fact that a guy in Birmingham AL learned tonight at the track (don't know if member here or not)

If you have a V6 Camaro, no matter how badly the SS M6 is spinning and wheel hopping, once he hooks up he'll go by you like you're sitting still.

Good stuff. My car unlocks near the A/C unit. Is that in all SS?

The better seal part is right, don't thing it has anything to do with pressure equalization, though.

Here's one (not sure if it's been mentioned): When in reverse, if you have a stock rearview camera, turning the steering wheel results in the guide markers in the camera display curving to show the path you'll take as you back up.

If you turn the key in the ignition, you can drive your car.

Very handy indeed, of all cars I ever had or seen, the placement of the trunk release button could not be in a more perfect place......My hats off to the button designer at Chevy

kind of dangerous to have a car shut off while its moving. I highly doubt GM would add that feature.

that and so the window can go up under the trim at the top of the door.

a couple things I've noticed though (not going to go back and read all 30+ pages)

the DRL's go off when the emergency brake is engaged

the trunk release only works when the parking brake is engaged

and the DIC dims when the headlights come on

Is that a manual vs auto thing? My 2012 auto doesn't need the parking brake engaged to open the trunk.
