For V6 cars (because those are Camaros too and this isn't LS1tech.com) they sound like total crap.

It gives some power (even GM claims a hp increase with the dual mode exhaust which is a muffler bypass at idle and above 3kRPM) and is the cheapest power enhancing mod I know of (fuse pull notwithstanding)
I don't think it sounds unrefined at all, I could hear decel pop with the stock mufflers but it was much less noticeable.

the magna flow competition muffler delete sounds the best to me 10/10
