Roadwire doesn't do "custom".
![]() You hear the term "rice" all the time from the domestic crowd. I am just curious, what to "you" is "rice"? Is it making modifications to the exterior? Maybe it's the power adders? How about the color change? Those IForged wheels even in that size should be pretty light. And besides they make an awesome wheel. |

Hell of a list. Personally like to see how if possible you can work a NAV/DVD in to the dash where the radio currently is..We have ours apart for our full leather interior and no sure how it can be done with the HVAC |

That is the custom part of a custom shop. You recreate or just plain create something new. It's not like "recovering" an interior, where you are just copying the design with your own. It's kinda what seperates true custom shops from those that can only take things out of a box.

Power adding and color changes are universal to the gear head way of life.Rice= same design that you see on every tricked out civic(mainly hood and rear bumper on this car)

Oh a Hidden headlight Grill! YES! Lovin it!!!!!!!
The tail lights and Lip Spoiler are perfect too! Should have come from the Factory that way! Now if only someone would make them for aftermarket and a better ground effects kit besides the factory one! I'll be inline to buy them!

To me RICE is something you eat. But for you car guys, the term rice come from the Japanese cars, small motors. fuel efficient. then people started calling everything that was done to the Honda's and toyota's as rice. well i started off building cars I guess the rice way, this means i built the exterior first. no power mods. people say what a waste, but you get more looks with a body kit and paint then power adders. you cant see power? but you can give the perception of it. not everyone has loads of cash to build every part of their car so they put the money where they think they will get the most out of it. So to me i think sleeper's are dumb. i like everyone to know and enjoy what i drive, no need to conseal unless your a street racer, racing for cash! In my eyes i have the privilege to own, build and drive some of wildest cars. Not everyone is so lucky, and this is why i enjoy what i do. i can give back, letting others experience what they might not be able to afford. I know i sure love seeing Exotics but probably never get to own one.

My only dislike is the grain of the material you guys use. I have never been a fan of G-grain leather. I don't have a camaro to build anything for. A friend of mine is getting one, but he's stubborn and lives to far away.

You do understand that these cars, being built by these companies, are to showcase the camaro for GM and the designers and builders. They are to show what can be done, how different looks and styles address the design styles of various groups and people. They generate excitment, product development and hopefully in the end vehicel sales for GM. That is really the bottom line. Get people to want the Camaro over anything else out there. Don't be mistaken, all the manufactures do this. By showcasing your vehicle line in different styles you appeal to more prospective buyers. You asked, Quote:
Besides in stock form, the camaro looks like a 4X4.
