iPhone USB

Any body else having problems connecting your iPhone to the USB outlet? Everytime I do it, it says no data
Supported etc...

It would work 1 out of 10 times with my 4 and same with my new 5

What version is your PDIM?

With the iPhone plugged in USB port, press and hold the Menu button on the radio. The hardware/software version will display on the radio LCD.

Check when I get back to my car but it's never worked properly and when I took it to the dealer it decided to work and they said they can't do

PDIM is covered under warranty but unless you tell us what version it is, you may already have the latest so there would be nothing to replace.

If you have an older PDIM then you can have it replaced with the latest.
