Thinking of selling any advice

Well I'm just not happy with my camaro ss, nothing personal to anyone here on this site, you guys run a good informative forum, wish I knew about it before purchase. Anyway my 2013 camaro 2ss is pretty much loaded except sunroof and nav has only 517 miles on it, bought it in oct. i have thought about selling it out right which is a pain or selling it to a dealer, or trading for something else, sticker was 42080 what would be a decent trade or sell value for car. If I can handle the loss now I will or should I keep it and trade it in in 2 years when my wife's lease is up on her car. I know no matter how you look at it im going to lose money, just looking for best way to do it. If I dont drive the car it still loses money over time so if the loss (lets say 5000 now) next year it will be (lets say 8000) and if I put 100 miles on it I 'll be lucky. So if I wait i just lose more money for nothing and not drive the car. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

May I ask what you don't like about it? It sounds like you have barely driven it. Camaro's get better with age; the car seems to open up after you put a couple thousand miles on it. And obviously it's very mod-able as well. Just seems to me like you might be rushing this decision and you are going to be losing a significant amount of money in the process.

i just dont understand what you dont like so bad that you have to get rid of it in less than 600 miles that you didnt notice on the test drive.

Yah Drive the thing, 517 miles ? damn, Oil doesnt even need changed yet , Sounds like you hit it pretty close on your $ lost. maybe a bit more. How anyone can not like this car i dont know ,but that is why they make more than 1 model, Talk to your dealer and see if you can find the car you like. good luck

When you buy a car, you lose money. That's typically how it works. You're better off selling it privately than returning to your dealer.

I would say you might take it in the shorts to the tune of 10k.

Yep - i would think this is close - maybe a bit less with a private sale.

Would also be interesting in what you don't like about it since you have barely driven it.

Have you even really had enough seat time to know for sure if you like it or not? I don't know a whole lot about GM's but most vehicles have to be drove a few thousands miles before they really wake up.

Just not happy with it, have had some issues with it and dealership and 1 800 number not any help and quite frankly rude. I bought three new gm vehicles in 8 months, you would think they would be a little more helpful. But that's a long story I'm not getting into. As for the car I just know I'm not going to drive it, so rather than keep it for ten years and get hardly nothing for it then and not even drive it, I think I would rather try to recope as much money as I can out of it now.

Before you get rid of it try taking it to a track and see what it is capable of, then see if you like it. Mine is a 2011 with 3000 miles on it and spends more time in pieces than I drive it, but that is because every time I add something to it I want to improve something else. Unless your not into fast cars I don't know what else to say but good luck with your decision.
