My car was made later in the week (02/28 or 03/01) - it was bayed for a little bit but it's now officially on it's way out to California.

Well, mine is now in Idaho so its getting close! Hopefully, it wont sit in Portland at the rail yard for long. I'm thinking I should lay eyes on it for the first time by the end of the week!

You have to get the rail car number from your dealer, which is only a few mouse clicks for them to get. Then search "rail car" under the tracking thread on this site which will describe the steps. It's super easy, I check about two times a day. Once I learn where it's at, I will google the town and look at it on a map to chart it's course. You can even look at google earth and see the train station/ interchanges where it is/ just was. It's been a lot of fun for me! My 1le should be at the portland rail depot sometime tomorrow. There's a way to find out what auto transport company is scheduled to pick it up as well.

Wow, there's two ways that I know of. The first is they just go into their program which I think is called GM workbench. They enter your order number and maybe pull down a tab or two, its pretty self explanatory, i have seen it done and i have a printout of the screen which would have the file path on it. i will post tomorrow if i get a chance, your sales guy must have just never done it. The second way is your sales guy can call dealer services and they will give it to him. I had to push my sales guy a bit to do it but he did.
