Dear Troubled User,
This is a very common problem about which men are complaining.

Many people upgrade from Girlfriend 7.0 to Wife 1.0, thinking that it is just a Utilities and Entertainment program. Wife 1.0 is an OPERATING SYSTEM and designed by its creator to run EVERYTHING!!!

It is also impossible to delete Wife 1.0 and return to Girlfriend 7.0. It is impossible to unistall, or purge the program files from the system once installed.

You cannot go back to Girlfriend 7.0 because Wife 1.0 is designed to not allow this.

Look in your Wife 1.0 manual under Warnings-Alimony/Child Support.

I recommend that you keep Wife 1.0 and work on improving the situation.

I suggest installing the background application "Yes Dear" to alleviate software augmentation. The best course of action is to enter the command C:\APOLOGIZE because ultimately you will have to give the APOLOGIZE command before the system will return to normal anyway.

Wife 1.0 is a great program, but tends to be very high maintenance.

Wife 1.0 comes with several support programs, such as Clean and Sweep 3.0, Cook It 1.5 and Do Bills 4.2. However, be very careful how you use these programs. Improper use will cause the system to launch the program Nag Nag Nag 9.5. Once this happens, the only way to improve the performance of Wife 1.0 is to purchase additional software.

I recommend Flowers 2.1 and Diamonds 5.0.

WARNING!!! DO NOT, under any circumstance, install Secretary With Short Skirt 3.3. This application is not supported by Wife 1.0 and will cause irreversible damage to the operating system.

Best of Luck,

Some will tell you the ring is a waste of money. The ring I bought my fiancee, I got from a wholesale dealer who is able to keep low prices due to marketing through word of mouth and extremely low upkeep. The dude is 100% legit and honestly, no telling how much money this guy makes. The store I got it from is always packed to the brim with people buying jewelry left and right.

That said, it pays to shop around. I went to all of the "big name" stores and a small, modest ring there was anywhere from 3-4k. The one I ended up with, I picked the ring out first then went with the diamond. It was certified, and one of Tiffany's high-rated diamonds. I checked the appraisal, in the stores it would range anywhere from $9-10k, I got it for around 3300. It was a major expense, but we've been engaged a year now, I still hear weekly how happy she is with it. She didn't ask for a ring that big, she would've been happy with anything, but to me, she's worth that.

I don't know where you're located, but if you're anywhere near Memphis, I can give you some more details

And I've got a rare find indeed. She's not one that needs to go out constantly, her favorite thing to do is stay in and watch a new series I pick out. Our favorite show is Breaking Bad, we're on The Sopranos right now. I get texted randomly that she's at the grocery store, and will be fixing dinner. These dinners include feasts...I'm talking fried chicken (THE best I've ever had), roast, roast beef sandwiches, BBQ chicken, spaghetti, the list goes on and on. She lets me play video games if I get the itch, she'll just use my iPad or laptop and online shop. She cleans my apartment for me, washes my clothes, takes care of me, and I take care of her the best I can. I've dated girls in the past who are conniving, controlling, and other C words, but the one I have now...man. Don't know how I got so lucky. Also, she is gorgeous...and a figure that will drive you crazy

I just had to say... You both have a gorgeous pair of cars! I keep trying to convince hubby to buy one, but he has his eyes higher on a CTS.

OP, is your GF into the cars at all? It would be awesome if you brought her to the Dark Side. Maybe plan out a nice cruise and park/picnic with a view for when you take the plunge?

Thank you. Hers is pretty bad ass. Mine has a blower but that's it. Looks like a unmodded Camaro. Hers has headers, cold air, and stripes , halos, and exhaust tuned and a cam. Its not as much hp but its gets all the attention. I was waiting for a cts-v, zl1, or the ls7 Camaro (if it comes out) but i got a really good deal on the ABM, i couldn't pass it up. Maggie with 4000 miles and factory warranty= no brainer to me.

Buy the ring then take her to shows like Camaro 5 fest so she can see all the nice stuff you do to your car. Mine heard a cammed SS and said that I had to do that so I did.

hmm, I dunno a Girlfriend is not a wife, IMO has no real say in what you do with your funds.

was with my GF for 8 years before we got married, and she never said a world about how I spent my paycheck.

Now that we are married, the only thing I have heard is make sure the mortgage is paid before buying toys.

She has her hobbies, I have mine and as long as the joint stuff is handled we both know enough not to say a word to the other on how we spend our respective income..

my parents were married 40 years before dad passed, and they never shared money, and thus never fought over it.

my wife and I have the same feelings.. there is "our" money for the joint expenses, and then there is her and my money for our personal stuff.

going on 10 years and I can say we have never once fought over money..

for the ladies

TO: Jane
Subject: Upgrade Dangers

Yours is a common problem women complain about and is mostly due to a misconception. Many people upgrade from Boyfriend 5.0 to Husband 1.0 with no idea that Boyfriend 5.0 is merely an ENTERTAINMENT package. However, Husband 1.0 is an OPERATING SYSTEM and was designed by its creator to run as few applications as possible. Further, you cannot purge Husband 1.0 and return to Boyfriend 5.0, because Husband 1.0 is not designed to do this. Hidden operating files within your system would cause Boyfriend 5.0 to emulate Husband 1.0, so nothing is gained. It is impossible to uninstall, delete, or purge the program files from the system, once installed. Any new program files can only be installed once per year, as Husband 1.0 has severely limited memory. Error messages are common, and a normal part of Husband 1.0.

In desperation to play some of their "old time" favorite applications, or to get new applications to work, some women have tried to install Boyfriend 6.0, or Husband 2.0. However, these women end up with more problems than encountered with Husband 1.0. Look in your manual under "Warnings: Divorce/Child Support". You will notice that this program runs very poorly, and comes bundled with Heart Break 1.3. I recommend you keep Husband 1.0, and just learn the quirks of this strange and illogical system. Having Husband 1.0 installed myself, I might also suggest you read the entire section regarding General Partnership Faults [GPFs]. This is a wonderful feature of Husband 1.0, secretly installed by the parent company as an integral part of the operating system. Husband 1.0 must assume ALL responsibility for ALL faults and problems, regardless of root cause. To activate this great feature enter the command "C:\ I THOUGHT YOU LOVED ME". Sometimes Tears 6.2 must be run simultaneously while entering the command. Husband 1.0 should then run the applications Apologize 12.3 and Flowers/Chocolates 7.8.

TECH TIP! Avoid excessive use of this feature. Overuse can create additional and more serious GPFs, and ultimately YOU may have to give a C:\ I APOLOGIZE command before the system will return to normal operations. Overuse can also cause Husband 1.0 to default to Grumpy Silence 2.5, or worse yet, to Beer 6.0. Beer 6.0 is a very bad program that causes Husband 1.0 to create Fat Belly files and Snoring Loudly wave files that are very hard to delete. Save yourself some trouble by following this tech tip! Just remember! The system will run smoothly, and take the blame for all GPFs, but because of this fine feature it can only intermittently run all the applications Boyfriend 5.0 ran.

Husband 1.0 is a great program, but it does have limited memory and cannot learn new applications quickly. Consider buying additional software to improve performance. I personally recommend Hot Food 3.0, Lingerie 5.3 and Patience 10.1. Used in conjunction, these utilities can really help keep Husband 1.0 running smoothly. After several years of use, Husband 1.0 will become familiar and you will find many valuable embedded features such as Fix Broken Things 2.1, Snuggling 4.2 and Best Friend 7.6.

A final word of caution! DO NOT, under any circumstances, install Mother in Law 1.0. This is not a supported application, and will cause selective shutdown of the operating system. Husband 1.0 will run only Fishing 9.4 and Hunting 5.2 until Mother In Law 1.0 is uninstalled.

I hope these notes have helped. Thank you for choosing to install Husband 1.0 and we here at Tech Support wish you the best of luck in coming years We trust you will learn to fully enjoy this product!

I took mine in and told them to , give her a bigger rear , plump up her front , stretch out the wrinkles and juice up her lips , and I would come back for her in a few days ... After that my wife lets me do any mods I want to my car ..
