Can I put these on all four corners? 285/50ZR18
Hi everyone I want to put these Pirelli Scorpion Zero Asimmetrico tires on all four corners of my Camaro. They are 285/50ZR18(looking to add some serious durability to my car). My question is can it be done without any mods? I originally wanted o put 255/55R18 up front but the speed rating for them was only 130mph VS 168mph on the bigger ones. Will I run into any problems with them being the same size.

Other than the fact that Pirelli Scorpion tires are designed for pickup trucks and suvs....
. I am going to go out on a limb and bet that they will rub in the front.

I know that's exactly what I'm looking for. I dont see why it should really matter. The Camaro weighs as much as a small Pickup truck or SUV, and their rated for very high speeds. They also have a 420 AA A UTQG rating as oppose to the 220 AA A the P Zeros.

It's a truck tire , it has different load ratings and compound , they are too stiff and will make the car very slippery ... And rough ... They will rub not a good call .... Good luck buddy , sounds like you need a little truck to run around in and keep your camaro in the garage for a good day

Deathmore, those tires will NOT rub as some of the others have suggested.....they are nearly the exact same diameter as the stock there is only a .4" difference and using tires that size will make only your speedo off by .9 mph at 60.....so go for it.

The rim offset will determine how they will fit just as much as the actual width of the tires. I've seen 315/30/20's on all 4 corners with no rubbing, even in hard turns.
If your rims have the correct offset, you should be fine. If not you will likely have to add a spacer, but that gets tricky.

Thats what i figured, but I'm still new to cars and was looking for some better insight. Also Thank you very much Sir Nuke, it's hard to get a straight answer out of anyone on here when in comes to doing anything out of the ordinary to your car.

Tony knows his stuff and can get you setup! Good luck with your choice.\ If you want to see what this size tire on an F14 looks like, check out SUX2BU's thread.

Why is it important to do more than 130 MPH?
