Please Help!!!!! MyLink/Nav Update recall....
I was informed of an update too my radio and nav. I went too the dealer.... So they get it hooked up too the computer seems they have too fread the car in order too download the 1gb size file too a jump drive and then insert that into the car and he said then plug the computer into it again idk. There has got too be a way around this.....

Not quite sure what you're saying here? This isn't really that big a deal to do, maybe your dealer doesn't know what they're doing?

I was told it was a recall.... Im saying i bought a 42,000.00 car and i can update it myself.....? whats wrong with this picture.... U dont see anything wrong with this. Its not the ecm or bcm ya know that i can understand . I update my iphone or my android or my windows computer. I wasted 3 hrs today and the download crashed now i gotta give them my car for a whole day and get a loaner...... Sorry i dont agree with this. The download timed out halfway through.

My dealer called it a recall too. Had it applied today. Posted different thread about it.

I took my car in for the first oil change (free). When I got the invoice it said their was a recall outstanding but I needed to come back for the update.

Yeah, dealer said it took a long time to complete the update... longer than my repairs anyway.
