Don't go saying this G has gears or tune either, it's stock. Look at the trap speed of 102, that's stock.... It doesn't have gears because I can finish the 1/4 mile in 3rd at redline. It run 13.8 @ 103 when I do this, and 13.6-13.7 @ 102 when it automatically shifts into 4th just before the 1/4 mile marker.

+1 thanks, wouldn't call it a win... It was basically even, with slight 1-2 mph advantage to the SS past the 1,000 foot mark.

Well it must be a special car all those magazine tested and got 13.3 at 108. Tell the guy in the ss to get his car checked its f$@k up. And youre not stock when you can run the same hero run with a 2.1 -60 and he ran 1.9 doesnt add up.

Magazine times?

Tell me about them. That 2011 WRX is supposed to do 13.5 @ 102 stock. He did 13.8 @ 101.2 with Cobb Accessport Stage 2 91 octane tune base OTS maps running CAI, catted(high-flow) Cobb DP, MP, and full turboback exhaust. Just another example of how real world times can be so different then bench racing mag times.



Cars were running fast and some were running slow. Friend's auto 2010 3v on DR's with tune/gears(stock intake/exhaust) did 12.9 @ 108 mph, another friend in his 2011 5.0 with 3.73's/Intake/muffler delete did 13.0 @ 108 with 1.8 60 foot on drag radials. He posted the car for sale today.

who knows maybe they will buy you a HIGH performance raceing seat that can handle all them g's you are pulling to, i just dont know how much longer that stock seat can handle that kind of power.

Well calling my car a "pos", calling me a liar, saying the Camaro somehow missed a gear, saying how it can't run 13.6, etc.... I was simply putting those false defamations down.

Wow with a tune and cold air, you could run a 13.682...lol. With bolt ons, you could never see mid 12's like the ss.....don't matter if its l99 or not, it's about the car and driver.....all cars perform different.
