I have been obsessing about this refresh. Waiting since it was announced and checking Internet daily for updates. I really hope they did something to the interior. If not, what a waste of time. I am 50/50 for getting the 2014/2015 or just waiting for 6th gen. I am still going to hold out hope.

OMG
![]() If this is the REAL thing.... I am sooooo happy I have a 2012. Front: too narrow upper grille and too much lower, no slotmail=no good IMHO, heat extractor ![]() Rear: taillights , rear wing-too much for me (and I am a big fan of wing break light but looks bad on this one)2014 could be the year when Mustangs will regain sales supremacy... I still hope this is NOT it! |

The changes if confirmed are loosing the 67-69 Camaro influence and that's bad.
Also if the only "performance" change is a heat extractor and spoiler then they really don't get it. Minimum bump for the SS should be a 480hp LS3 with the gmpp cam on both auto/manual (dump the l99) to keep pace with the lighter and faster Mustangs. The ZL1 should be at 650hp with a 2.3L TVS. Ford seems more in tune with their customers with regards to performance, even if it did take a good kick in the pants to get there (2010 Camaro to 2010 Mustang ).Not the response to the 5.0/Boss/Shelby I would have liked to have seen from GM. At least from a performance perspective we have the Stingray until a GEN6 Camaro arrives. Front is going the wrong direction should be more like a '69 Camaro. The 05-09 Mustang needed to get a smaller grill not the Camaro: ![]() Rear reminds me of a 2000 Honda Prelude: ![]() Oh well, all opinions and you know what they're worth.

Kind of reminds me of the 1979 Firebird refresh when I
when I first saw it - or as I remember it; The day the TransAM died.

I think that it looks great...
![]() The tail really reminds me of a 1969 Camaro, now. The front looks like a true refresh, a more modern style. |
