I DO NOT like the tail lights. The rear end lets this car down. Maybe they should have placed this rear end treatment on the C7 Vette and the C7 Vette's rear end on the Camaro. I like my 2011 SS RS much better.

The front is OK although I think the louvers in the hood look like they were just trying to do something and did not care what they did to make it different.

Just got to look at this on a respectably sized screen as opposed to my phone and you know what? I actually like it. Is it a strong enough redesign that I'm going to trade in my 1LE? No. But it is a nice change. I'm not completely sold on the hood extractor yet (I think they could've made it a little wider or used a different design) but I don't hate it. I'm going to the NY Auto Show so I'll make my final decision when I see it in person.

As a side-note, I find it funny that three of the biggest complaints (aside from visibility) I've seen on the 5th gen were a) the Mail-Slot, b) the huge bowtie in the front grille, and c) the taillights not looking like the original '67 design. All three of those were addressed in this redesign and yet all three of them are being picked apart again. Now before someone jumps down my throat to prove me wrong, I'm not picking anyone out in particular and I'm not saying that these were the same groups of people in both cases...just trying to show that the old saying "Can't Please Everyone" holds true.

This is very serious for GM as the many of sales come from repeat buyers. 63% dislikes ouch.

The front end looks good (sans chrome) the hood vent not so much, the tail IDK... All in all I'm more than comfortable with my New 2013.

i don't like the hood at all, looks like a zipper..cheesy add-on part ;like the guy who cut his hood with a skilsaw on a wednesday having some beers.. then he looked around and found a window louver laying on his garage walls.. well that'll fit just right there!
and the rear taillights?? awful

I agree, people complained, then they make changes then people complain about the changes..... Same thing happened when they changed the interior and put the Mylink in.....oh well.

If that is the real deal they are screwing up, only saying because ford took the retro mustang that same way and I don't care for that either
Just my opinion.............
The hood may be functional and the Camaro needed more down force
I will be keeping my 2011

But the refresh might touch a new market and hopefully new people to welcome into the community.

We all might not like it, but there will be people out there who will.
