You could try using the advanced search function in all forums using that number ... maybe something is out there.

So I picked up my car this morning, they showed me the service bulletin they used and said they talked to GM and they said there is nothing that can be done at this time.

Not the vibrating/ hesitation, but the grinding I'm hearing kind of sounds like that but not as bad and its not constant, it comes and goes.

This also comes and goes. I'm thinking its the converter that has grenaded itself.. Keep us posted on what they find and I will likewise.

Maybe one of the options would be coverting it to a manual transmission then you wont have a shutter problem anymore lol.

I have had two installed. First one was in 2011 on my 2012. I was first one in country with it which after fighting tooth and nail gm replaced. After 6000 miles it happened again. And they this time had a different bulitien this. Remove and clean and drain and then replace converter. So far so good. To be honest if it happened again I would go aftermarket. To avoid the frustration of a on going issue.
