Bought in Mn. Has Texas Plates, so far got bill of sale, how does one go about transferring ownership from Texas to Minnesota? I'm. Also selling it cuz of this reason. I love this car. Its mint.

Go to your Department of Motor Vehicles and they will tell you how to transfer title/registration papers
