This is unfair!! When you over speed and get pulled over you should be given a ticket! Cop sucks!!

State Trooper just doing their job.
I always love seeing them around, makes me feel safer!
If you are nice to them and explain yourself,chances are that you will get off with a warning.
I have never gotten a speeding ticket in my life!

In NC if a Trooper gets out of his car, you're getting a ticket. I did win the lottery so to speak about 3 years ago in Virginia. Officer was two cars behind me and I decided to do a 0-60 blast in a 45mph zone. Not my best moment. The trooper said, "we'll that wasn't the smartest thing I've seen." I agreed. He asked "would you rather have a ticket or an azz-chewin'?" Took my azz chewin' like a man.

Not to steal your thread but I got you beat on being lucky. 3 times pulled over in 2 months first not a proud moment and so lucky I wasn't in the camaro was a DUI. Charges dropped. Second was on my way home from Oklahoma. Speeding 15 over. Warning. 3 hours later same trip speeding 10 over. Warning. Last time I had a close call I had gotten on an empty freeway so I got on her doing about 150 I let off coming up to a few cars ( didn't want to fly past em) by the time I was able to see the first one I was doing 90 it was a metro pd I slammed on my brakes and never passed him. I'm sure he saw me cause he faked getting off and got behind me eventually a few cars got between us and I got off the freeway. Needless to say I don't test my luck any more, I never go more than 5 over and of course have not had anything to drink either!

Speaking of good cops...I got pulled over on the way home from work in my truck, 54 in a 30. Cops exact words, "I'm not looking to screw you so I wrote it up for speeding. Show up in court and I'll pass your case when called, and put you in touch with the driving school procedure.

Went to my first of 3 classes tonight. Ultimately, I'll get the severity, (points), and fine knocked down considerably upon completion.

You are lucky! I got pulled over in December for going 12 over, I am not one to speed, and when I got pulled over I was just pre occupied. I got a ticket and had to do defensive driving
